What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum Intern, youll be essential to two teams your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Youll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include:

• Assisting HR Business partners with daily employee support; running reports and data analysis in order to determine best course of action
• Partner with local Learning & Development team to assist with training deliverables.
• Work with HR Manager to determine a summer project which will assist employee morale and development
• Assist on employee engagement activities

Heres what it takes to get started

Required qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Analytical skills
• Collaboration skills
• Communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to interact with employees at different levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
