Job Responsibilities / 職務内容
Manage key retail accounts in Japan
日本における主要小売アカウントを管理する
Conduct retail and product training, develop merchandising strategies
小売・製品トレーニングを実施し、マーチャンダイジング戦略を策定する
Co-develop national sales strategy with the Country Manager
カントリーマネージャーと共に国内の販売戦略を立案する
Build long-term customer relationships and optimize monthly sales
顧客との長期的な関係を構築し、月次売上を最適化する
Negotiate with retailers to achieve cost savings
小売業者と交渉し、効率的なコスト削減を実現する
Develop and execute official merchandising training material (offline/online)
正式なマーチャンダイジング研修資料を作成・実施する（オフライン／オンライン）
Prepare monthly Commercial Review report for regional HQ
地域本社向けに月次商業レビュー報告書を作成する
Requirements / 応募要件
Native Japanese, fluent English
日本語ネイティブ、英語に堪能であること
Excel and PowerPoint mandatory, IT literacy required
Excel・PowerPoint必須、ITリテラシー必須
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and numerical skills
起業家精神、優れたコミュニケーション能力と数値感覚
Work Conditions / 勤務条件
Location: Tokyo office (Setagaya-ku area)
勤務地：東京都世田谷区エリアのオフィス
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH, Monday all in office
ハイブリッド勤務：週3日出社、週2日在宅（月曜は全員出社）
Contract: 3-year fixed term preferred
契約形態：3年間の有期契約を想定
