The Role

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Japanese GAAP and IFRS
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and integrity

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or Japanese corporation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of Japanese tax laws and financial regulations
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
