A rapidly growing healthcare company is strengthening its financial base with the aim of future business expansion and IPO (Initial Public Offering). We are currently promoting a management strategy with a view to collaborating with multiple domestic and overseas offices and expanding business globally. We are looking for someone who can play a central role in the organization and contribute to building a financial structure that will support the company's growth in the future.
Job Description
・Daily accounting work (journalizing, bookkeeping, expense reimbursement, etc.)
・Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing work (including non-consolidated and consolidated)
・Support for preparation of financial reports and disclosure materials
・Correspondence with auditing firms
・Assistance with budgeting and management of medium- to long-term plans
・Administrative support work related to listing preparation
・Tax filing and fundraising related work Assistance with tax reporting and fundraising
Requirements
・3 years or more experience in accounting (at a business company, accounting firm, or audit firm)
・Ability to read and write English
・Motivated to build business independently in a fast-changing environment
