Accounts Receivable Assistant

Job Duties:

• Generate weekly accounts receivable reporting
• Assist client's with payment requests
• Update client statuses in multiple programs.
• Conduct client trade references
• Prepare account statements for clients
• Perform administrative tasks, as needed
• Support the AR team in reducing past-due accounts and improving cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.

Qualifications :

• Interest in eventually taking on client interfacing responsibilities
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
