Nous recherchons une personne orientée vers les détails et axée sur la satisfaction de la clientèle pour se joindre à une équipe en tant qu'adjointe administrative. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations, maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients et soutenir la croissance continue de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales (incluant, sans s'y limiter) :

Services liés aux assurances

  • Gérer les affaires en vigueur en assurance, en veillant à ce que toutes les demandes des clients soient traitées rapidement et efficacement.
  • Coordonner avec les assureurs afin de résoudre les demandes de renseignements et fournir des mises à jour sur les polices.
  • Aider les clients avec les modifications de police, les renouvellements et le traitement des réclamations.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients et devenir leur principale référence

Gestion du CRM

  • Assurer la gestion du système CRM afin de garantir l’exactitude et la mise à jour des informations clients.
  • Gérer les processus automatisés dans le CRM.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités dans le CRM.

Préparation des rencontres et soutien administratif

  • Offrir du soutien aux conseillers, en s’assurant qu’ils sont pleinement préparés pour les rencontres clients (rapports, sommaires financiers et documentation pertinente).
  • Rédiger et envoyer la correspondance client au nom des conseillers.
  • Coordonner les horaires de rencontres et gérer la logistique afin d’assurer des rendez-vous ponctuels et bien organisés.

Qualifications :

  • 2 an d’expérience administrative dans le secteur des services financiers.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Esprit d’initiative et autonomie.

Qualifications privilégiées :

  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial.
  • Permis d’assurance vie, un atout
  • Expérience avec un logiciel de gestion de la relation client (CRM).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual to join a team as an Administrative Assistant . This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, and supporting the company’s ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Insurance Services

  • Manage in-force insurance policies, ensuring all client requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with insurers to resolve inquiries and provide policy updates.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Respond to client questions and serve as their main point of contact.

CRM Management

  • Oversee the CRM system to ensure client information is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage automated processes within the CRM.
  • Identify new opportunities and insights through CRM data.

Meeting Preparation and Administrative Support

  • Provide support to advisors by ensuring they are fully prepared for client meetings (reports, financial summaries, and relevant documentation).
  • Draft and send client correspondence on behalf of advisors.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage logistics to ensure timely and well-organized appointments.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year of administrative experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, with strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
  • Life insurance license (an asset).
  • Experience with client relationship management (CRM) software.
