Job Description

Astion Brand Value Co. is a longtime respected luxury used goods company based in Japan. We are currently seeking an Assistant to our Sales Director to aid in processing sales.

What You Will Do:

• Create invoices of sold items on Excel, in English or Japanese (Mostly Katakana)
• Pack and ship orders
• Various data entry
• Receiving, processing, and preparation of product stock
• Some customer communication (English or Japanese)
• Aid the director in other sales-related tasks

You may make your own schedule, but mornings are a requirement.

You will be working closely with the director. She is very busy, and would like someone who does not make her repeat herself constantly (explaining things over and over). She is strict, but respectful. If you are able to speak Japanese decently well, this is a great opportunity to improve your Japanese more.
