Nous cherchons un(e) Avocat(e) spécialisé(e) en Litige Commercial avec une expérience de plus de 4 ans pour rejoindre l’équipe de litige de notre client.
L’avocat(e) recruté(e) pour ce poste sera impliqué(e) dans des représentations commerciales d’envergure, complexes et significatives, couvrant un large éventail de secteurs industriels. Les candidats doivent avoir une expérience solide en litiges contractuels, litiges en matière de franchise, recouvrement de créances, litiges entre actionnaires, litige immobilier, etc. L’équipe que vous allez rejoindre a une expérience étendue devant tous les niveaux de tribunaux, jusqu’à la Cour Suprême du Canada. Un avocat occupant ce poste est proactif, possède une acuité juridique et commerciale forte et est capable de résoudre efficacement les problèmes commerciaux pour les clients.

The lawyer hired for this position will be involved in significant, complex, and sizeable commercial representations across a broad range of industry interests.
