What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor behaviour technicians and program managers
• Develop and oversee treatment plans with a focus on quality outcomes
• Collaborate in weekly clinical roundtables to share knowledge and shape practice
• Partner with families to ensure compassionate, effective care
