The Job

We are looking for a  bookkeeper to join our fully remote, international team. In this role, you will take ownership of daily financial operations - from multi-currency reconciliations to monthly reporting - ensuring accurate records and supporting our fast-growing digital business. You’ll work closely with the Director and teams across departments, contributing to smooth accounting processes and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank and card transactions across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, THB).
  • Coordinate with the Director and teams to gather transaction data, confirm new charges, and ensure correct booking with supporting documents.
  • Manage Fixed Assets, Prepaid expenses, payables, and vendor balances, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly book and performance reports within deadlines.
  • Ensure transaction records and descriptions are accurate and properly documented.
  • Provide financial data and reports as requested by management.
  • Support other ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

The Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience or relevant accounting role.
  • Proficient in using Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of crypto wallet booking is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholder

Location : This is a fully remote role. For better time zone alignment, we have a preference for candidates based in South-East Asia.
