Job Description: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support operations, process improvement, and strategic decision-making for a large-scale manufacturing and distribution organization.

The role involves leveraging data insights to enhance operational efficiency, optimize supply chain processes, and contribute to various business initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to identifying opportunities, improving workflows, and driving business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in areas like operations, logistics, and customer demands.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and recommend process changes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess business performance.
• Support project implementation by providing progress updates, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
