Recruitment Consultant Denver

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1-day WFH

Ellas team is high-performing, collaborative, and growing fast. This role is ideal for recruiters with prior experience , whether youre early in your recruitment career or an established professional looking to build your desk in these exciting markets.

As a Recruitment Consultant , you will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: building client relationships, sourcing and placing candidates, and growing your book of business. You will focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, and sustainability markets, leveraging your previous recruitment experience to hit targets and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across renewable energy, infrastructure, and sustainability
• Win new business, negotiate fees, and manage contracts
• Provide market insights and advise clients on talent availability

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery

• Source, engage, and assess candidates for permanent roles
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage offers and onboarding
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Stay informed on market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity
• Build expertise in your vertical markets to guide clients strategically

Who Were Looking For

• Prior recruitment experience required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working toward KPIs and targets
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or sustainability is a plus
