  • Monday to Friday (rotating shifts, including some evenings)

The role

As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll work with a team of colleagues from across Canada to support Arcora clients seeking counselling and other specialized supports offered through our programs (legal information, financial guidance, human resources guidance, childcare navigation support, eldercare guidance and nutritional guidance).

What you’ll be doing

  • Client intake (by phone and online): Listen to clients and review online submissions attentively, always leading with empathy and compassion. Assess each client’s needs based on the details provided (including conducting risk assessments, as required) and focus on matching them with the most suitable professional from our extensive, nationwide network.
  • File management: Perform ongoing management of client files (i.e. review, follow-up, closure) in accordance with Arcora’s processes and confidentiality requirements, as well as privacy legislation.
  • Correspondence: Regularly communicate with clients, service providers and Arcora Network professionals by phone and email, in both English and French.

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or certificate in psychology, social work or a health/education-related discipline
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in both languages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and database technology, and the technical proficiency to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills—you can easily build and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexibility and the readiness to adapt within a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to maintain Arcora’s quality assurance standards
