Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Cobol Developer with expertise in life insurance system development to join our Osaka team. In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated 7-member team, including 1 Project Manager, 2 Software Engineers, and 4 Programmers. This is a long-term project where you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of critical life insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cobol Development : Design, develop, and maintain life insurance systems using Cobol.
• System Optimization : Analyze and optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Manager, Software Engineers, and Programmers to meet project milestones.
• Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Client Communication : Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address challenges.
• Long-Term Contribution : Play a pivotal role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of systems for the duration of the project.
