The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chinese Speaking Coordinator to support our team in managing communications, operations, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English , and able to bridge cultural and language gaps while coordinating projects, schedules, and client interactions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Translate and interpret business communications between Chinese and English (emails, calls, meetings, and documents).
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support project management tasks, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation in both English and Chinese.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and escalate issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.

 

Ideal Profile

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or project support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
