職務の目的：
リードデータサイエンティストの主なミッションは、ビジネス部門や他のデータチームと協力して、データモデル（機械学習、生成AIなど）を考案し、開発し、実装して、実際のビジネスの課題に解決策を提供することです。私たちは、データを使用して様々な分野（マーケティング、営業、カスタマージャーニー、保険金請求、契約管理など）でビジネス効率を向上させることを目指しています。あなたは、そのようなビジネスの課題に先進的なデータソリューションを提供する役割の一環となります。
技術的および専門的なスキル:
・理系大学卒（修士号または博士号）
・ビジネスの実態を数式にモデル化し、モデルの影響や限界を理解する能力
・プログラミングスキル（必須：Pythonまたは類似の言語；あれば望ましい：Java/Scala）
・データ処理の豊富な経験（データマイニング、ソーシャルネットワーク分析、テキストマイニングなど）
・データベースアクセスの実務経験（必須：SQL、あれば望ましい：Pig/Hive）
・機械学習の知識と実務経験、ライブラリの使用（例: scikit-learn、Spark MLlib、Rパッケージ）
