By the Sea Resorts is seeking an experienced Events Manager for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

Description of the role:

The Events Manager at By the Sea Resorts will be responsible for planning and executing all events held at our locations in Panama City Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all event logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and guest communication.
• Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, sponsors, and clients to enhance event success.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff on event days.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of event planning experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year, paid weekly, plus commission
