Job Description:
Our Management Resources Division is seeking consultants with extensive hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and internal controls. Leveraging your expertise gained at business corporations or audit firms, you will provide a wide range of support to clients, including operational assistance, professional advice, and project management.
You will also collaborate with our global consulting group to address complex challenges in accounting, risk & compliance, and technology across the finance and transformation domains.

Example Projects:

• Financial reporting and consolidated closing support under JGAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Budget planning and management, financial analysis
• Standardization and process improvement of accounting operations
• IFRS implementation support
• Tax-related services
• Interim support as Finance/Accounting Manager or Controller

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a business corporation
• CPA or USCPA certification preferred
• Business-level English proficiency is a plus

Work Location:

• Client sites (mainly in central Tokyo and surrounding areas)
• Some remote work opportunities available

Employment Type:

• Contract employee, independent contractor, or dispatched worker

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: JPY 4,000-8,000 (negotiable based on project)

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to client requirements)

Holidays:

• Weekends and national holidays (in principle)
