About Role

• A fast-growing global fintech company is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Japan team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business impact through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making across product, sales, and operations teams
• Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for new initiatives and market expansion
• Support local and global leadership with performance tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or business planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English required
• Experience in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments is a plus
