Role Description

This is a part-time role (Two days to begin with) for a Front Desk/Medical Assistant at Advanced Integrated Pain & Spine Solutions. This position requires on-site work and is located in Clermont, FL and at Four Corners (about 25-30 mins from South Lake Hospital), Clermont, FL. The Front Desk/Medical Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling communication. Additionally, the role involves assisting the physician with patient care, assisting in procedures, managing medical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. This role could potentially transition to a full-time role at the capacity of a Lead MA/Front Desk and/or an Office Manager in the future.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Office operations
• Ability to manage and handle Medical Records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Medical Assisting or a related field is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred (not mandatory)
• Spanish preferred (not mandatory)
