■Recruitment Background

Starting with "LabBase Job Hunting," which is currently used by the largest number of users, the company has successively released products such as "LabBase Career Event," which allows science students and companies to meet efficiently, "LabBase Job Search," which connects you with laboratories, and "LabBase Lab Search," a laboratory search service for mid-career professionals.
The company hopes to unlock the potential of the many users of these products and deliver a better experience.
Front-end development is an area directly related to user experience, and the company is looking for front-end engineers who can work together with us to improve the speed of delivery to users, improve developer performance, and provide a good user experience.

■Responsibilities
As a person with expertise in the front-end domain, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues and developing services.
・Selection and internal penetration of technologies in the web front-end area
・Improve the development experience in the web front-end domain
・Promoting the speed of service delivery to users
・Developing new features to make the service easier to use

スキル・資格

【Required】
・Experience in web front-end development for both toC and toB at a certain scale
・Experience in understanding the latest front-end technology trends and selecting the most appropriate technology
・Knowledge of general security issues such as XSS
・Experience using public cloud services such as AWS and GCP
・Able to communicate in Japanese, with N2 as a general guideline.

【Preferred】
・Knowledge of build system and TypeScript compiler API
・Experience with Rust web front-end framework
・Experience designing and developing REST API, GraphQL, or gRPC
・Experience in building CI/CD
・Experience in mobile app technology selection and development
・Experience leading multiple engineers and driving projects
