Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to lead operations at their busy healthcare clinic in Hamilton. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and a positive patient experience
• Manage a large profit and loss (P&L) statement, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiency
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards of performance and service
• Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and related HR functions
• Develop and monitor clinic budgets, track key metrics, and report on performance outcomes
• Supervise billing, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to create a motivated, engaged, and customer-focused team
• Greet and support patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle inquiries professionally
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance clinic visibility
• Train staff on internal systems and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, retail, or office management setting, plus 2 years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or overseeing financial performance in an operational setting
• Strong understanding of general business operations and administrative best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems
• Friendly, professional, and approachable leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule — the clinic operates 7 days a week and into the evenings
