Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for our Toronto and Manitoba operations. This role is responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The incumbent will play a key role in building an engaged, high-performing workforce while supporting leaders and employees across the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
