Position Overview: Sales - HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Hunter

Responsibilities: As an Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business in the Belleville area. You'll initiate, establish, and build profitable service relationships with new customers, with a primary focus on selling preventative maintenance agreements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, targeting, and qualifying prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
• Conduct sales calls to understand customers' needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
• Developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.
• Representing our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What We Look For:

  Required:

• Experience selling Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Experience selling an intangible service
• 5+ years of experience with building HVAC systems
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong value selling capability

Preferred:

• Strong technical acumen with a keen eye for detail

• Impressive ability to deliver engaging presentations

• Familiarity with sales methodologies and industry standards

Bonus Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
