What you'll do
* Collaborate with the global IT leadership team and non-tech stakeholders to ensure business strategies are aligned - these people will be in different locations globally, so you'll be communicating in both English and Japanese daily.
* Develop and drive the adoption of KPIs and reporting governance across the business.
* Lead and develop a small team (1-2 people).

Your skills
* Native level Japanese and high-business level English are mandatory.
* This role could suit someone from a consulting company that wishes to move in-house, or it could also be a good match for a senior business analyst / strategic minded IT professional from an internal team.
* Experience gained in an IT transformation environment (not just BAU) would be an advantage.
* Any small team leadership experience is an advantage.
