As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the art of professional sales through talent acquisition - sourcing, building relationships, negotiating, and closing. You’ll be mentored by high-performing recruiters and account managers who will push you to think strategically and perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, headhunt, and engage top technical talent using innovative search strategies
• Conduct in-depth interviews and position candidates for success with our clients
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within your industry vertical
• Qualify job requirements with Account Managers and hiring leaders
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from outreach to offer
• Stay ahead of market trends and use data to influence recruitment strategy
• Develop and execute a business plan for your sector to drive personal revenue growth
• Cultivate long-term relationships with both candidates and clients built on trust and follow-through

Your Contribution:

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or service industries welcome)
• A competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals and outperform peers
• Excellent communication and influencing skills - both written and verbal
• High energy, adaptability, and a results-first attitude
• Proven relationship-building skills and a consistent follow-up approach
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field
