A global tech leader in audio, visual, and communications seeks a qualified lawyer to join its compact legal team as Legal Manager, handling international contracts and cross-border litigation in a hybrid, work-life balanced setting.
Review and analyze contracts in both Japanese and English to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with company policies
Provide legal advice and consultation to internal departments on a wide range of business matters
Support contract negotiations by identifying legal risks and proposing solutions
Draft and revise standard contract templates to reflect current legal and business requirements
