At The Magneto Effect, we help law firms in the probate, trusts and estates market outperform local competition by helping them run their firms as businesses not just law firms so they have loyal, satisfied clients through streamlined operations and service excellence.

Our law firm partners receive hundreds of high-quality inbound legal inquiries each month, which are converted to signed cases without wasting attorney time via the sales intake teams we recruit, coach and manage. All of this is backed by world-class intake, sales support and back office systems to handle the case load.

Now, to sustain and scale that growth, we’re recruiting a Head Probate Litigation Attorney who can lead the legal operations and ensure client service is flawless from consult to resolution.

While our sales operations handle consultations and client onboarding, the real impact comes from what happens after that — and that’s where you come in.

Your role will be to:

• Ensure the back office and legal support teams are performing efficiently and proactively with a high touch, client centric approach

• Maintain high standards of communication, follow-through, and client service

• Be the quality gatekeeper for case handling and internal operations

• Provide legal oversight and mentorship to ensure case integrity and client satisfaction

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operational and legal lead for the probate team

• Oversee internal processes and ensure back office teams are hitting service benchmarks

• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and case progress from intake through resolution

• Collaborate with firm leadership and The Magneto Effect’s growth team to support scaling

• Improve workflows, remove friction, and resolve issues before they become problems

• Set the tone for excellence in service delivery, responsiveness, and legal care

• Litigate contested cases

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong grasp of client and operational management

• Licensed to practice law in New York

• Excellent communicator and strong collaborator, especially with remote teams

• Detail-oriented leader who’s passionate about delivering high-touch legal service

• Comfortable using technology and case management tools to streamline operations

• Experience mentoring or overseeing legal staff is a plus
