We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Manager, Analytics to join our dynamic Commercial Operations team in Japan. A Typical Day:

• Lead and execute effective business intelligence strategies and solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Operations and Sales.
• Extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications to deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee analytical projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Support business planning by assisting with forecasting processes.
• Develop and present analytical reports to executive management, guiding strategic decisions.
• Monitor company policies and processes to ensure consistency and prevent discrepancies.
• Share and track key performance indicators across departments to maintain alignment.
• Drive data analysis initiatives to uncover trends and insights that inform business strategies.

To Be Considered:

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in an analytics-related role. Experience in the pharmaceutical or specialized medical field is highly preferred. Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL) and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) will be advantageous.
