The Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to serve as its next Manager of Biosolids and Energy Recovery Operations. This position oversees one of the region's most advanced biosolids and energy recovery facilities, directing 24/7 operations, leading a skilled team, and advancing IRWD's initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in wastewater operations-including biosolids processing, energy recovery systems, and SCADA technologies-paired with proven leadership skills to unify teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. An annual salary of $137,724 – $206,508 DOE/DOQ*
*A COLA increase is scheduled for every July, subject to approval by the IRWD Board.
