This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects at the forefront of trade and access strategy, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve business excellence.Key Responsibilities:•Analyze the trade and access environment in Japan and other countries, integrating insights into mid-to-long-term pipeline and strategy.•Understand brand strategy and NHI pricing positioning for both inline and pipeline products.•Conduct local market analysis and develop winning strategies for trade success.•Explore and leverage the unique strengths of different wholesalers to strategize new solutions, maximizing sales in collaboration with relevant groups.•Manage strategic trade projects, including OneTrade and other global initiatives, ensuring effective execution and providing valuable input to stakeholders.•Develop and communicate comprehensive trade strategy internally and externally, ensuring alignment across the Commercial, Market Access, and Finance teams.•Serve as the central point of contact for cross-departmental coordination, including working with Global Teams on ad hoc and special projects.
