We are a global delivery organization with ~150 team leads and members across Product Management, Actuarial Modeling, and Engineering, located in Canada. As part of a new organizational structure, we are implementing an Agile/Scrum model to improve value delivery, transparency, and collaboration.

Role Summary

We are urgently seeking a hands-on Agile/Scrum professional to lead the deployment of Agile practices across our delivery teams. This is a deployment-focused role (not training-centric) requiring strong execution skills and direct engagement with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Partner with product owners and team members to manage and prioritize the backlog
  • Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Support deployment activities, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments
  • Demonstrated success in Agile project deployments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a client-facing setting

Additional Details

  • Candidate must be based in Toronto or willing to commute
  • Onsite presence at client location required at least 2 days per week
