Job Description

About the Role

At OSM, we don’t just build remarkable homes — we build relationships, experiences, and a culture that our clients and employees are proud to be part of.

We’re looking for an energized, forward-thinking Office Manager & Executive Support professional who thrives at the center of it all: marketing, employee engagement, executive coordination, and the pulse of the office.

This is not your standard admin role — it’s a chance to shape culture, tell the OSM story, and make the company run better, smarter, and more vibrantly every single day. You’ll be the glue that holds teams together, the spark behind our events, and the calm presence that ensures our leaders are supported and focused on what matters most.

Who You Are

  • A proactive problem-solver who sees what needs to be done before others do.
  • Energetic, creative, and people-oriented — you love connecting, supporting, and engaging others.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities: one moment drafting a CEO communication, the next coordinating a company BBQ, the next working on a marketing project.
  • Solution-oriented and adaptable — “we’ll figure it out” is your default mode.
  • Driven by quality, detail, and an eye for brand consistency.
  • Aligned with OSM’s core values: Accountable, Excellent, Committed, United, Tenacious.

What You’ll Do

  • Office Management: Be the hub of the office — managing systems, vendors, supplies, and making sure the environment runs smoothly.
  • Marketing & Social Media Management: Assist in executing marketing initiatives — social media, website updates, brochures, stewardship efforts, and event support.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Assist in and help to coordinate company gatherings, celebrations, employee swag, and recognition programs that strengthen culture and team connection.
  • Stewardship & Community Engagement: Assist in managing OSM’s charitable giving, sponsorships, and community presence, ensuring our impact matches our values. Be a pulse of the community, stay connected to local happenings, organizations, and networks that create meaningful opportunities for OSM to engage.
  • Executive Support: Provide direct, high-impact support to OSM Leadership, keeping schedules, communications, and priorities on track.

Why Join OSM?

At OSM, every role is a leadership role — we empower our team to think big, act with integrity, and deliver with excellence. You’ll join a collaborative, creative, and driven group where your contributions are visible, valued, and make a real difference.

What Success Looks Like

  • Office operations are smooth and efficient.
  • Marketing projects and events run with creativity and polish.
  • Social media channels are active, engaging, and brand aligned.
  • OSM has a strong presence in the community, aligned with local culture and opportunities.
  • Employees feel engaged, connected, and valued.
  • Executives and teams are supported seamlessly.
  • The OSM brand and culture are elevated every day.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in office management, executive support, or related roles.
  • Experience with marketing, social media, or community engagement preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and deadlines effectively.

Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Standard Monday–Friday (8:00am -5:00pm) schedule, with occasional extended hours during events or deadlines
  • Office-based with frequent interaction across all levels of the company
