Are you looking to grow your career in construction project management? I’m working with a well-established builder in Edmonton that’s looking to add a Project Estimator / Coordinator to their team. This role supports the full project lifecycle - from estimating and tendering to coordination and execution - on exciting multi-family residential projects.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Estimating & Tendering

• Lead tendering efforts and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Review drawings and specs to determine scope
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain cost databases and support budgeting

Project Coordination

• Assist with scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and logistics
• Facilitate meetings and track deliverables
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Support contract administration and cost control

Risk, Quality & Compliance

• Monitor project risks and ensure safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts

🎓 What You Bring

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in estimating or coordination (Canada-based)
• Strong understanding of drawings, budgets, and project planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; estimating/project software is a plus
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
