Labor & Employment Attorney - Multiple Texas Locations (3+ Years Experience)

Dallas | Houston | Austin

Are you a skilled Labor & Employment attorney looking to join a dynamic and respected firm with a strong presence across Texas? We're actively hiring for multiple openings in Dallas, Houston, and Austin for attorneys with 3+ years of experience in employment law.

What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters.
• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Handle administrative proceedings before the EEOC, TWC, and other agencies.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong litigation and/or counseling background.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
