Our client, a global leader in nuclear component manufacturing and engineering based in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer for an 18-month contract (with strong flexibility for fully remote work). The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of corporate commercial experience, preferably in the construction, energy, or manufacturing sectors, with strong contract negotiation skills, the ability to work independently with cross functional teams, and familiarity with U.S. export and import regulations.
