Operates the PrivacyTech Institute, a website that disseminates information related to privacy tech.

【 Job Description】

The company is a privacy tech company with expertise in privacy protection technology and personal information.
The company has developed its own technology that combines mathematics, cryptography, and law, and provides the “AutoPrivacy DataCleanRoom,” a data cleanroom construction platform, and "AutoProvacy Governance", a privacy governance management tool.
"AutoPrivacy DataCleanRoom" enables secure and flexible data collaboration among multiple businesses by combining privacy-preserving technologies such as secret computation and federated learning. After a demonstration experiment with several partners, the service was launched in full scale in August 2023.

■Responsibilities
AutoPrivacy back-end design, development, and operation that can be scaled flexibly with business growth
Custom development and operation according to customer needs

■Technical Features of the Product
Privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., secret computation, differential privacy, federated learning) available in the cloud
Responsible for processing tens to hundreds of millions of table data per customer and data federation
High level of security required for large enterprises
Cross-cloud functionality that enables data integration across multiple clouds

スキル・資格

■Required
Experience in back-end development using statically typed languages (Go, Java, Rust, TypeScript, etc.)
Experience developing and operating web services using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Experience in one or more of the following
Experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead responsible for launching a web application for a service
Experience leading an organization at the engineering manager or higher level
Communication skills in Japanese: Business level or above

■Preferred
Experience in Go, Python, or C++ development
Experience in back-end development for products/systems that require fast and reliable processing of large amounts of data, such as ad technology and large-scale services
Experience in back-end development and operation for large companies that require a high level of security
Experience running container orchestration tools such as k8s in production
Experience with ISUCON awards
Knowledge of data warehousing, data cleanrooms, BI tools (and related products, SaaS development)
Experience leading organizational decision making as VP/CTO
