Our FI/ Banking client is looking for an Art Director/ Graphic Designer to join their team for 10-15 hours per week.
This will start off as 10-15 hours per week (remote), and if all goes well, it will extend into a 9-month contract (5 days per week and 3 days in office downtown).
This role is ideal for a true freelancer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable jumping into projects with minimal onboarding.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned creative for both B2B and B2C audiences, with a strong focus on social advertising, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute creative concepts across digital and social platforms
Develop ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
Design assets for email, social carousels, icons, reports, and more
Apply best practices for digital advertising, especially in social media formats
Provide strategic creative direction and decision-making support
Work on multiple smaller projects simultaneously with agility and precision
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
Understand and navigate complex brand structures, including financial institutions
Requirements
Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an advertising agency
Strong portfolio showcasing work for big brands
Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
Experience with banking or financial services is a plus
Proficiency in Figma, email design tools, and digital ad platforms
