Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Travel Experiences:

  • Plan and curate unique travel experiences and itineraries for clients.
  • Suggest travel options tailored to clients' tastes and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their wishes and proactively offering personalized services.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry news and trends to ensure clients receive the best-in-class experiences.

2. Concierge Services:

  • Provide high-quality personal customer service, exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage ad hoc requests, from making dinner reservations to arranging flowers and personal shopping.
  • Coordinate and plan events, ensuring seamless execution of special occasions such as birthday parties.
  • Search and identify in-home personnel for clients, including housekeepers, nannies, entertainers, and personal chefs.

3. Client Relations and Satisfaction:

  • Process important queries with a polite and friendly demeanor, managing customer expectations effectively.
