About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Montreal. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects of our global payroll and benefits administration for our 300+ employees.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex payroll processes in both Canada and the US, and a proven track record of managing relationships with Employer of Record (EOR) partners for our APAC and European teams.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of payroll compliance, a passion for creating best-in-class benefits programs, and an interest in compensation strategy.
As our headquarters are in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is essential for this role.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
