Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in the security industry, with 3+ years in management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience coaching diverse teams.
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management software).
• Excellent communication in both English and Japanese (business-proficient).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 10%).
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends if required.

About the role

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll manage site security personnel, ensure world-class safety standards, and partner with other senior leadership across the APAC region to deliver operational excellence. You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding people, assets, and infrastructure, while developing and mentoring a high-performing security team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day security operations across multiple critical infrastructure sites.
• Manage and develop a team of security managers and officers, ensuring respect, professionalism, and growth.
• Drive safety initiatives with a goal of zero workplace injuries.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of security staff.
• Deliver and track key performance outcomes, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
• Provide leadership during audits, assessments, and emergency situations.
• Split time between sites, staying hands-on and deeply engaged with your teams.
