📚  About the Role

We are now accepting applications for ALT positions in Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture, starting immediately.

🧑‍🏫  The ideal candidate for this position

• Has previous experience teaching children in Japan (ALT, eikaiwa, etc)
• Can communicate conversationally in Japanese with teachers

✅  As an Interac ALT, You Will:

• Teach engaging English lessons to students at various schools
• Share cultural insights and support global learning goals
• Build relationships with students, teachers, and the local community

💼  Position Highlights

• Flat-rate monthly salary — no deductions in August or December
• Monday to Friday schedule, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Paid, comprehensive training before your first day in the classroom
• Ongoing skills development and peer support
• Occasional special school events may be held in the evening or on weekends
