We are looking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team as soon as possible. This role involves preparing and packaging outgoing orders, coordinating with carriers, managing shipping documentation, unloading and inspecting incoming deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting general warehouse operations. You will ensure that all shipments and inventory processes are accurate, timely, and meet quality standards.
Location & Schedule:
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (some overtime may be required)
Starting wage: $21–$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders; coordinate pickups with carriers; maintain shipping documentation; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Receiving: Unload deliveries, verify contents, inspect for damage, organize and store products, maintain accurate records.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Conduct regular inventory counts; maintain a clean and safe workspace; operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification may be required); assist with order picking and general duties; enter all inventory transactions accurately in the WMS; implement continuous improvements for efficiency and safety.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shipper/Receiver or similar warehouse role. Experience with WMS is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
