【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

■About the company's initiatives
The company has announced a project to build a global payment solutions infrastructure on September 5, 2024!

Since its inception in 2018, the company has been continuing R&D on technology and business opportunities with the goal of creating a “de facto infrastructure” as a “Global x Deep Tech” “from Japan”.

The company aims to become a Decacorn (a startup with an enterprise value of $10 billion or more), but it is often said that “we need to win in Global x Deep Tech to realize this goal”.

As a major first step, the announced project will be launched, but time is limited for us to make a strong start with a big advantage in this area, where the world's top companies will be competitors.

As the first penguin, the company is now rapidly expanding its recruitment in order to create a “de facto infrastructure” as a “global x deep tech” “from Japan”.

■Job Satisfaction of this Position
The Lead Product Security Engineer is required to launch a new system to promote a new major business, and to create the ideal security state of the system.
Therefore, the role of the lead engineer is needed to establish policies to create a high level of security in cooperation with other team members both inside and outside of the team.

In terms of implementation, in addition to the usual web application infrastructure knowledge, the engineer will need to establish the management of many security level structures, including financial knowledge and blockchain specific knowledge.

スキル・資格

■Required
・Experience in designing and building systems based on cloud architecture best practices
・Experience with CI/CD, observability, performance improvement, and other initiatives for continuous development and stable system operation
・Experience in making technical decisions with a view to ensuring flexibility and operation, including mid- to long-term system changes
・Experience with statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.) and implementation that captures the characteristics of each language
・Ability to infer and isolate the cause of unknown system problems.
・Willingness to build systems with high security requirements
・Interest in the technologies that make up the blockchain and a spirit of continuous exploration

■Preferred
・Experience equivalent to SRE in environments with high security requirements, such as financial institutions and FinTech companies
・Experience working with distributed systems
・Experience in driving technical public relations/recruitment activities in the engineering domain
・Experience in operating large-scale applications and large-scale traffic services
・Experience in publishing and contributing to OSS
・Experience in blockchain related development
