職務概要

• GSS事業部のFocus製品である手術台、映像システムの営業活動を担当、顧客、代理店、ビジネスパートナー、KOLとの関係強化を通じて継続的な売上構築と成長のための市場開発を目指す。
• 担当エリア： 東日本エリア

■職務詳細

• 担当エリアにおける営業活動方針の立案と実行。
• ユーザーである病院の医療従事者（ドクター、ナース、ME等）への担当製品PRと販売後のフォローアップ。
• 各ユーザーのニーズ、要件の把握。
• 営業活動のために必要となる代理店、ビジネスパートナーとの緊密な連携。
• セールスマネージャー、マーケティングチームへのタイムリーな報告、及び連携。
• 必要に応じた追加販売チャンネル（代理店、ビジネスパートナー）の模索と提案。
• KOLとの関係維持と強化。
• 担当エリアにおける競合他社の動向、市場環境についての情報収集。

■必要要件

• 手術室で使用される医療機器の最低5年以上の営業経験。
• 手術室設備機器製品、特に手術台及びその関連製品の経験は非常に望ましい。
• 必要に応じて出張可能な事（担当エリアや状況にもよるが、最大でも週2～3日程度）。
• チームプレイヤーで協調性に優れる事。
