Primary Purpose: Perform routine athletic duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills: Education/Certification: - High school diploma or equivalent.
Special Knowledge/Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with people effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Bilingual a plus.
Experience: - Previous experience preferred.
Major Duties and
Responsibilities: Athletics Support: - Interact with and provide assistance to district personnel.
- Assist Administrative Assistant, Executive Director and other Department Directors with various office duties as assigned.
- Perform assigned Athletic department functions such as, but not limited to, concessions, gate work, parking, score keeping, ticket selling and taking, graduation, athletic training, sports event needs, etc.
Other: - Participate in cross-training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory
Responsibilities: Equipment Used: Various office equipment depending on assignment.
Working Conditions: Mental Demands: - Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Work with frequent interruptions.
- This position requires regular in-person interaction with the public.
Physical Demands: - Repetitive hand motions.
- Prolonged and irregular hours depending on the assignment.
- Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling depending on the assignment.
