The HRBP supports and drives initiatives for VCA Japan, ensuring the Maison possesses the talent, culture, and organizational structure necessary to achieve its business objectives and contribute to its overall growth. This position also supports the CSR/Sustainability activities of VCA Japan.
HR Business Partnering
Have a good understanding of the business and strategy; establish a strong partnership with the stakeholders across all levels.
Develop and execute an integrated People Strategy aligned with business growth objectives ensuring that people-related priorities meet the needs of the business, fostering a unique spirit & identity.
Provide a wide-ranging HR Business Partnering service to the assigned functions/teams including HR planning, staffing, performance management, talent management, learning & development, ER cases management in line with business objectives.
Foster an inclusive environment and employee experience that supports Van Cleef & Arpels values and allow people to grow as ambassadors of the Maison.
Explore opportunities to add value to business performance.
HR Projects
Support the organization of the employer branding / team building programs(events / communications) including “HR Open Door,” “Papillon - Viva Engage Community,” and “Long Service Awards.”
Streamline administrative HR processes and tasks on several topics ranging from data management(input/extraction/consolidation), new system implementation, creation of reports/presentations, translations, to meeting organizations.
Support ad hoc HR projects with add-on responsibilities from time to time.
CSR/Sustainability Initiatives
Support VCA Japan’s CSR/Sustainability Initiatives.
Plan and lead CSR/Sustainability activities of VCA Japan by facilitating CSR/Sustainability Labz, raising the awareness, proposing and organizing the volunteering opportunities.
Qualification
•Broad experience in Human Resources at Retail Industry is preferred
•Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and collaborative skills to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization, including leadership, both in English & Japanese.
•Ability and positive mindset to translate complex, strategic topics into specific, understandable goals, action plans, and deliverables.
•Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
