We’re seeking a vision-driven leader to join our team and help us redefine what education looks like in the 21st century.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support academic operations alongside the Principal
• Oversee OSR, OEN, credit tracking, graduation eligibility, and Ministry inspections
• Ensure instructional quality and alignment with the Ontario Curriculum
• Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents on academic pathways
• Shape programs and strategies that drive student success

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Education ( M.Ed. preferred )
• In-depth knowledge of the Ontario K–12 education system
• Experience with online education and data systems (e.g., ONSIS)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse, international teams
• Passion for innovation, hybrid learning, and student success
