【Job Summary】
olution Proposal
Analysis of Logistics Challenges: Visit customer sites to analyze current logistics flows and operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose suitable improvement measures.
Solution Design: Utilize the full capabilities of the “Rapyuta ASRS” to design optimal workflows and storage systems tailored to customer requirements. Use simulations to clearly and visually present proposed solutions.
Implementation Support: Define system requirements and drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during the implementation phase based on the proposed solution.
Team Development and Knowledge Sharing
Internal Training: Share knowledge about the logistics industry and “Rapyuta ASRS” with internal engineers and sales members.
Best Practice Development: Document insights gained through projects and build a repository of best practices for continuous improvement.

[Required Qualifications]
3–5 years of hands-on experience in the logistics industry or practical experience in IT project management
Experience in business process design and improvement related to material handling system implementation, or experience in WMS interface design
High proficiency in Japanese, including reading, writing, negotiation, and discussion skills
[Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in WMS development, design, requirements definition, or implementation
Work experience in a robotics manufacturer or logistics automation domain
English communication skills, particularly for coordination with internal stakeholders
