Marketers on Demand is actively recruiting for a SAP Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in e-commerce facility, with a focus on perishable goods . The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, accurate inventory management, and timely shipping—including international logistics . Experience with SAP , Process Weaver , and food-grade handling is highly valued.

Key Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, storage, and order fulfillment
• Oversee proper handling and rotation of perishable inventory
• Ensure compliance with WSIB, CFIA, and Health Canada standards
• Maintain accurate inventory through SAP and regular cycle counts
• Streamline warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
• Supervise, train, and support a warehouse team
• Coordinate international shipping, customs, and documentation

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management, including perishable goods
• Strong knowledge of Canadian health and safety regulations (WSIB, CFIA, Health Canada)
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (SAP, Process Weaver preferred)
• Experience with international shipping procedures and carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Forklift certification and knowledge of WHMIS & workplace safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
